At INSEAD, a top-tier global business school, we are fortunate in that we can hire creative agencies, designers, photographers and animators from all over the world. I am proud to have introduced Joey to INSEAD. Her work there now extends beyond my projects and she is a valued freelance designer for the school.

Joey is an innovative, well-trained designer whom clients find collaborative and sensitive to their needs. Beyond her professional capabilities, Joey also inspires those around her with volunteer activities. For three years, she and I produced the annual report for Caring for Cambodia, an NGO with headquarters in Singapore. She put in countless hours to create reports that wowed the Board of Directors and were cherished by volunteers and donors. Beyond the annual reports, she created brochures, calendars, digital assets—all at a moment notice—to improve the lives of school children in Cambodia. She even took a sabbatical from work for a couple of months to experience these Cambodia schools first-hand as a volunteer.
